Asbestos Roof Removal & Replacement

We undertake hundreds of asbestos roof removal and replacement projects every year.  With every project, an asbestos disposal certificate is issued to you giving you peace of mind.  Due to the volume of work we carry out, we have negotiated rates with specialist companies which our clients are able to take advantage of.

Fencing & Gates

We believe that fencing and gates significantly enhance sites, as it provides tenants better security, and also prevents costs of dealing with fly-tipping and vandalism.  We oversee the installation of new gates and fencing of many types including palisade and close boarded fences. 

Resurfacing & Line-Marking

Courtman & Co regularly manage all aspects forecourt surfacing and car-park/roadway line-marking.  We can regularise the parking on sites by marking out parking bays for residents, which improves safety and access.  We also can complete resurfacing of roadways and forecourts etc.

Zero-Carbon CCTV & Lighting solutions

We can supply and install an off-grid solution for CCTV & lighting which provides a true zero-carbon lighting output in all exposed outdoor locations, removing the need for costly power infrastructure installations.  These can either be ground mounted or concrete block mounted (for temporary applications), and can illuminate an area of 500+ m2 with a movement sensor.  Powered by vertical self-cleaning solar and a wind turbine, it ensures all year-round power.
