What we did
- Removed the existing asbestos roofs and replaced them with a new high quality flat roof system that has a 15-year guarantee
- Replaced the doors with new 4-point locking doors
- Cleared all rubbish from the site and inside the garages
- Laid a new tarmac forecourt & drainage
- Instructed a parking control company to patrol the site and issue permits where needed
- Marketed the garages to potential tenants
This attractive and very low maintenance site is now fully let, producing in excess of £5,000 pa in rental income for the landlord, who is now receiving a return from an existing asset that had been undervalued as a source of income.
The capital value of the site has dramatically increased and the landlord receives a comprehensive set of accounts every quarter.
